What Sets Me Apart

Experience

20 years dedicated to changing lives. Creating systems to improve health, joy, and positive outcomes.

Integrity, experience, and innovation. The foundation.

I believe in doing great work, building real relationships, and getting the results you’re looking for.

My clients often get unexpected results as well, like better communication with their families, better sleep, and improved health outcomes. Reducing stress at work creates healthier leaders. I’m a hope dealer.

Confidentiality + Trust

I understand you as a client and fully respect your need for complete confidentiality.

Trust is built on honest communication and authentic caring support. You can come as you are. I will look at you with unconditional positive regard and also push you to be better. We can talk about hard stuff and get through it all together.

Innovation

Creativity + Bravery = Innovation.

My brain is different. I connect concepts from different disciplines. I am not afraid to try new things or make your quirky approach a reality. I am playful and nerdy.

My nerdy family

I grew up in Austin, born and raised by Zilker Park, surrounded by high-performing nerds. My dad was a school superintendent who wrote poems and also collected dinosaur fossils. We had hadrosaur eggs on the coffee table and a triceraptops horn in the closet. My mom was Texas Teacher of the Year who also won the grand prize at the Texas State Fair for her apple pie. She is still tutoring kids in math, at age 76. One brother is a rocket scientist who’s working on a moon compound and loved Star Wars when he was little. The other is an accountant and business CEO who loved Monopoly. Our last conversation referenced linear algebra, modern art/ meow wolf, Matthew McConaughey, Japanese forest bathing, psychedelic research funding, pitch decks, the Fugees, childhood cancer drugs, space toilets, and using a sous vide to prepare BBQ. I’m securely attached, and I speak nerd.
