Work With Me
I take on a small number of clients at a time. That's intentional. The work I do requires presence, depth, and genuine partnership — and I give all of it.
If you're navigating something complex (macro or micro level) and you think we might be the right fit, I'd love to hear about it.
Let's talk.
You may want to call me if:
You're building AI that will interact with humans — and you need a clinician in the room
AI is changing how your people work— and it's showing
You just came through a crisis, and the human part still isn't resolved
Your leadership is holding together on the outside and fracturing underneath
An organizational system broke, and you need to understand what happened
You're about to make a major change, and you can't afford to lose your best people
You want to reduce your risk and increase your positive outcomes
“My work finds the strength that's already there and builds systems around it.
The people who hire me don't just get through hard moments…
They come out of them more whole.”
Meagan Butler
studies the intersection of
mental health + wellness,
technology,
creative arts,
systems design,
and human resilience.
Systems for wholeness,
built at the hardest moments.
“I can calm a panic attack and train the AI agents that are trying to do the same thing.
And teach the workshop that helps your leaders co-regulate under pressure.
And then repair the organizational system that's creating the anxiety in the first place.”
by the numbers
Therapist. Tech entrepreneur. Professor. Keynote speaker. Facilitator.
Anyone can build a strategy. I understand what happens to the humans inside it.
I supervised 200 counselors through the pandemic, worked with survivors in Uvalde, and led 100+ high stakes crisis incidents. I logged over 20,000 hours of direct support work — and then co-founded a tech company from scratch.
Your team is capable. But are they whole?
I am a specialist in the human side of everything — the part that determines whether your technology, your leadership, and your culture actually hold together under pressure.
I usually start meetings with two questions:
What do you need? What’s going well?
Then I listen. I have sat in enough different rooms with different kinds of people to recognize the patterns — and know exactly where to start.
The organizations that will survive what is coming are not the ones with the best technology. They are the ones that understand human wholeness as infrastructure. Not a perk. Not a program. The actual foundation on which everything else is built.
That is what I build.
And that is what you are retaining.
Hi, I’m Meagan
I pitched investors, worked with engineers and interns, scaled a product, earned national recognition, and survived the pivots that most startups don't.
I’ve been in a lot of interesting, highly confidential rooms.
